Service Reconnection After Nonpayment Shutoff
If your service has been disconnected for nonpayment you must make your payment (by phone, online or in-person) and report that payment/receipt number to our office by calling 318-673-5510 or texting 318-524-8794. For same day reconnection payment must be reported by 1 pm.

Bank Account Autopay
You may also sign up for autopay by using your bank account information for a convenience fee of $0.40.

Debit / Credit Card Autopay
You may sign up for automatic payments by logging into your web portal account and signing up for autopay with a debit/credit card or directly from a bank account. A $3.25 convenience will be added and payable to our third-party vendor.

Free Autopay From a Bank Account
You may sign up for automatic payments by logging into your web portal account and signing up for autopay with a debit/credit card or directly from a bank account.

Free One Time Draft From a Bank Account
You may make a payment by logging into your web portal account and selecting the Pay Now by eCheck option and entering your bank account information. There is no fee for this option.

Make a one-time payment. No log in required. A $3.25 convenience will be added and payable to our third-party vendor.

Pay by Mail
Pay your bill by mailing in your payment to the following address: Shreveport Water & Sewerage Department, P.O. Box 30065, Shreveport, LA 71153- 0065. To ensure proper credit, please include your account number on your check or money order.

Pay by Phone
Pay your bill anytime by calling 318-673-5510. You may follow the prompts for payment once connected to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System. Please have your credit/debit card information available. A $3.25 convenience will be added and payable to our third-party vendor.

Pay in Person
You may pay your bill in person at Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, LA 71101 with cash, check, or money order. Pay your bill at CheckFree locations throughout the parish with any form of payment.

Payment Arrangement
You may request a payment agreement by calling 318-673-5510. Payment agreements are designed to assist customers with a past-due balance. They require a 25% deposit of the total agreement amount along with 4 equal payments of the remaining balance.

The Shreveport Water Assistance Program (SWAP) is designed to aid and assist eligible households with water and sewer bill payments.
